I began doing these polls in December 2023 as a way to see how the community here ranks cards of various Pokemon or types of cards.
Sometimes we may have an idea of what is #1, but what might round out the top 10? It’s hard to guess, and we always end up surprised in the end.
It is also a great avenue to learn about new cards of Pokemon we may not have seen before.
As time goes on and the quantity of these becomes overwhelming, I figured it would be beneficial to have them all grouped up in one place to look back at if anyone needs to reference past polls quickly and easily.
How
I think the best way to future-proof the organization of this is to order it by national dex number instead of chronological order. In a year, it would be a huge pain to scroll through the names to find a specific poll, and this way, it’s easier to remember which ones have been done and which ones should be done soon
Each poll name will be a hyperlink that you can click on to go to the original post.
I will showcase images of the top 3 and list out the top 10 (more or less) as a quick overview of the results.
I want to thank everyone who participates in these. I feel they help bring us together in a way that is easy for everyone to take part in.

I was thinking it would be fun to put a binder together based on the results, but I haven’t participated in all the polls and looking through the results, I realized this would be an expensive binder . If someone has done that though, I’d love to see it!
This is a really useful resource for me and much enjoyable to read. I used to search for past ‘what’s your favorite’ threads, since it’s a way to get inspired when you’re a bit undecided about your next purchase.

Honestly, these have been some of my all time favorite posts on here. Love seeing all of the different cards across generations in one place and the dialogue around the different artwork that has flown under the radar. Keep them coming!
after this will be Darkrai which I’m pretty excited about bc the design lends itself to good artwork.
I added the Kanto Eevees, Birds, Johto Beasts, TTar, Jirachi, and Deoxys to the cue.
These are all mons that we should go ahead and get out of the way. The sooner we get through the obvious choices, the sooner we can get into less popular mons.
as for starters… I will get to them eventually, but not for a while.
Inertgeometry, Sorry for kinda ripping off your thing with my set poll but trust me, i have a plan, will take weeks to pull off, but a plan nonetheless. (My polls are to see what sets we like from each series, then for each top set, i will run polls in a unique way to see what yalls favorite card is, I will put the rarities into different groups, then run a poll with the top ccards per rarity (Same thread)
doing them together to figure out which of each trio is e4’s favorite while also seeing which of each is most popular similar to how we did the double poll for latias/os
. If someone has done that though, I’d love to see it!
