The silver borders and pkm center logo make it a tad better than the ancient origins prerelease.

The only gyarados that looks better in english would reverse holo dark gyarados in TRR

The top 3 are Shining Gyarados, Holon Phantoms, and the Hiroshima XY-P promo. Nothing else comes even remotely close. Holon Phantoms is my personal #1.
