Hi! New here. I’m a Kabutops collector but also collecting a few sets. Was into the hobby as a kid and now my kid has gotten me back in over the last year or so.
Found a few really cool threads here so figured it was time to make an account.

Welcome @HeatMando . Nice to have you here. It’s great that you and your little person can share Pokemon together. My family is currently priming the third generation of Pokemon lovers! It makes the experience so much more fun! Kubutops is such a great Pokemon. What is you favorite card?

Hello, I’m joan.
I started collecting at around 2015, with my first set being Ancient Origins. I still have the ancient trait Malamar I pulled from back then which now sits at the first page of my main binder.
I then started actually playing the game at around Team Up’s release, where I piloted a PikaRom toolbox deck with Let Loose Marshadow. I still remember the Unbroken Bonds prerelease me and my playgroup ran; from then on it was ReshiZard city.
When the pandemic hit, the playgroup sadly fizzled out but I played some PTCGO theme deck (remember those?) battles occasionally, and now, some Expanded on PTCGL.
I’m currently trying to build up my collection of mini-sets throughout PTCG history. My focus is currently on the Southern Islands, Generations Radiant Collection, and 2002 Japanese McDonald’s Promo sets.

Hello, Joan! Welcome to E4! So you started on the playing side, as well as the collecting side? Nice. Playing the TCG again in XY really got TCG under my skin once more, and I haven’t stopped. It’s a great break and recharge!

my name is solstice, and i’m currently working on collecting all ENG swablu/altaria cards, and yuka morii! i am an active competitor in the pokemon TCG and recently went to my first regional event in atlanta! i don’t plan on going pro, but if i could day 2 at a regional event i’ll feel accomplished :3 my next goal after completing my yuka morii collection is to start working on my HYOGONOSUKE collection! feel free to message me, im pretty much an open book and willing to make friends :3
