I Agree! These slabs were never meant for this type of booster pack; it just looks awful having the two flaps folded-over like that! Plus, the slabs are gigantic! Although, the way this guy has them displayed is pretty bad-ass
It’ll be interesting, he had this set listed as a BIN for awhile - started at $30K-$35K and went down to $25K. How funny would it be if someone got into a bidding-war and it ended-up selling for more than his BIN
I disagree, all these packs are worth wayyyyyyyyy less, they’re just high quality weighed packs.
Like common, sure they’re graded 10 packs but u know there’s jack shit inside them. who wants to have that feeling looming in the back of their head?

There’s really no need to be such a jerk. I absolutely hate graded packs, but I see the value here. Just the 1st Ed Base Packs you’re looking at $3500-4000 easy.
Perhaps these are not your cup of tea either, but there’s clearly many collectors that like that sort of item. There’s no need to be disrespectful to fellow collectors. We all have different taste.

Regarding the packs. I was the one who got the packs authorized. I thought there would be a solid market for the service. I felt it would develop into a great collectible niche. I always felt the artwork was special and would display well,

Until they design a proper case for foil packs I will regret I ever started the process. The current case displays them horribly. They truly look like garbage as well as they damage the packs.

Pretty much everyone agreed it was a $5k card and I’d tend to agree that’s what I’d expect out of it. The only way I see this going for much more is if he risks putting it at auction or sends it over to pwcc…

Well, I paid a bit over $3k for my PSA 10 GS Latios a few weeks ago…seeing the price jump this high so soon is insane, lol…though to be fair…it’s pop 15 and crazy scarce…can’t expect any of the three Ex Deoxys Gold Stars to be fetching for less than $3k nowadays or it’s a “steal.”
Holyyyyy smokes on these Call of Legends!!! Glad I got to the complete PSA 10 set first over the Summer but I did not expect this kind of a rise so fast…I put in about $2k for the whole set…and now Lugia is fetching $800+ on its own…
When this guy first put it up for sale he didn’t know what it was really worth I offered him 3.5k and he was thinking that sounded good then everyone in the community started seeing him and hyping up the card and now he has been milking the hell out of this card not even accepting 7k lol honestly don’t even try with this guy…
