Depends… Webshops knowing they sold Champions Path for 80-90 euro won’t go accept pre-orders for Shiny Star V for anything less than 65. And 65 is still a lot higher than a non-Charizard product in same packaging.

Shiny Star V is it’s own thing, not even close to Champion’s Path. Champion’s Path did not had to exist in the first place.

CPA is a mere appetizer of what’s to come in the future for International.

Shiny Star V is a full fledged behemoth of a set that will please many collectors since there are 127 shiny cards to enjoy that isn’t all about Charizard, of course Charizard is a big star of the set.

I opened dozens of Champion’s Path booster packs and have been burnt out of the set. The lesson I will carry forward to Shiny Star V is just enjoy it with a few packs, then just buy singles for the cards I want.

I am most excited for the Crobat box! So excited to open it. I’m gonna try to buy two.

Thought not Shiny Star V, the VMAX Competition Triple Starter Set is also exciting. All 3 OG starters plus a Lugia and Suicune promo for $45? I’m in all day.

Champions Path = Steam Siege + Charizard

Shiny Star V = Hidden Fates + an extra Charizard

Shiny Star V would be the next Champions Path… if Champions Path was an SSS tier set.

Either way it feels good when a bet pays off. I literally just got my preorders in for $57/box all in, I can’t imagine the price is going to be anywhere close to that going forward, even with only a handful of cards being confirmed. Super exciting stuff.

I am looking more forward to the trio starter vmax decks. The pack with the four mirror holo promos and the three decks Blastoise Vmax, Venusaur Vmax and HyPeZaRd Vmax sounds sweet.

The triple vmax is great. I All my favorite legendary pokemon got promos also ( suicune, lugia and gensect).

Yea, which is why I don’t get this sentiment I keep seeing. “Was working when preorders dropped for the set? Dont have time to drive to 5 different walmarts 8 am every week day? Get fucked lol.” It’s really immature
