Was looking at the Alpha Savannah (not Pokemon, I know) and the 1st Ed PSA 10 Fossil Scyther but it went over 200 AUD). Oh well, they weren’t desperate needs, just pickups if the price was low enough :')

I was on the phone with Scott discussing this tonight and I told him that prior to all the bidding shenanigans my max was 70k. But as I said on this thread last night I lowered my max. I settled on 55,550.00.
I’m pretty sad about it but that’s life.

Not just with PWCC, but lately I have been following auctions to see if I could get some cards at a bit of deal price and they have been going over buy it now listings that are live. It’s weird, I am thinking of sending some cards to auction to offload a lot of the extras I have and see what they do.
I thought about it some more, and I think the fake bid fear mongering really held back this auction’s potential. I think a lot of the serious bidders backed out because they think the card may be relisted and the price is higher than it should be. It almost looks like it had the opposite effect if they were fake bids.
