Hey! Awesome card. GB promo set was one of the first sets I completed myself and I definitely consider Meowth as part of it! It’s the only one I’m still missing in PSA 10, but I did pick up some lower graded copies when I got the chance. My logic towards including Meowth was the simple fact it has the GB set symbol like the other 7 cards you mentioned.

Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR! Strategy Guide
Mini cut-out Pokémon poker set from January 1997 CoroCoro special new years insert. All cards including unique Chansey art are illustrated by Kagemaru Himeno. Thanks very much @cbd1235
But it is a corocoro promo. Sort of the same thing with the world hobby fair mew/mewtwo/pikachu, these 3 feature the vending series logo but are not actually from the vending series.
Well, personally I count both the WHF and the corocoro promos with Vending symbol, as well as the Red/Green Gift set, as extended parts of the core Vending series. Same with the GB promos. To me, the symbol determines to which set a card belongs. But there is no absolute truth on this matter, so to each their own.
My first copy of this Sableye came in today. I just can’t get over how mezmerizing, haunting, beautiful this looks. Seriously one of the most stunning cards I’ve ever held in my hands. It’s like the ex Deoxys reverse foil pattern got created specifically for this card.
I’m glad people who started collecting recently like myself seem to be obsessed with sealed product. I really think I had no business getting this for the price I did.
I think the only difference between them and the Japanese cards is that the Thai have the borders foiled. From what I remember the textures and everything else is the same
Had a chance to get a mint raw copy a few months back but regretted not taking it, so was really pleased to find another one in fantastic condition, at a lower price than the first as well! Get in
I feel like I’ve been the second highest bidder on all of these to have appeared for sale since 2019. I’m glad I finally won a copy along with its original packaging. This is the Ken Sugimori Art Collection 01 telephone card from May 2002 along with the Art Collection 02 and 03 telephone cards still sealed.
