What’s your most recent non-Pokemon purchase?

Been picking up these classic Sonic figures whenever I go out and see 'em on shelves.

Big Sonic fan when I was a kid and I just think they’re neat.

I went to a comic shop and bought out nearly the whole stock of MLP FiM comics

I definitely prefer Tayama but thats more because it’s just Yamada being herself and honestly, Yamada is just cute whether or not she’s being Tayama or not. I picked the first volume up on a whim, the title was interesting and I figured I’d give it a shot and I’m pretty happy with my impulsive choice. The manga definitely has a feel-good atmosphere which is part of the reason I picked up the rest of the series.

I haven’t read Blue Period, I’ll have to add that one to the list, I currently have a few series I’m reading, mainly “Cat’s Eye” because despite loving the anime I never read the manga and I need to change that lol

I’ve been steadily working on an Indiana Jones Topps master set for over half my life now. In the last month, both of these came up at super “reasonable” prices ($1200 for the Spielberg) so finally pulled the trigger.

Now I’m <10 cards away from a sketch/auto/insert master set. Aiming to be <3 cards away by EOY :crossed_fingers:

An Ebay lot I bought last week. Yeah I’m having way too much fun building uo my collection of these comics lol, not sure if I said it before but these comics trigger the same collecting neurons that I have when I collect cards with cool artwork.

You tryna buy all of them or just get ones you like?? Cuz the art on some of these goes hard

I see a Decipher Star Wars CCG card at my LCS, I buy it. That’s all there is to this one, promise :joy:

This one is surviving my strong anti-slab bias. For now.

Nice dude! I just started doing life size pokemon prints and just got done with Caterpie.

I wish Bambu had a larger foot print as that is what held me back on going with them. Hopefully they roll one out soon.

I have an Elegoo Neptune Max 3 and a Neptune Max 4. Print beds on those are 16.5" x 16.5"x 18.8"

Wow the outcomes are gorgeous both @DeekBoy and @expedition . Really great.

Was the Caterpie something that you assemble after everything is printed or paint? The level of detail is just stunning.

Edit: I think this got answered in the crafts thread.

Thanks for sharing.

Cheers!

So I haatteee post processing 3D prints and usually I would just print them in black filament and then sand/paint them after. Well I started taking a different approach and have started using cut up models that you can print in their designated colors and assemble to prevent me from having to spend hours and hours afterwards prepping and painting. I love the time savings and think it comes out great this way as well!

I’m going for all the ones I like but that’s nearly all of them lmao. There are very few I’m avoiding or not wanting to buy.
