My current goals:
-Complete my Karen binder. (All appearance cards, 9 copies total) mixing up the languages for each one if possible. Like 3 English, 3 Japanese, and three of whatever else I might find that I like.
-Complete my Naoyo Kimura Artist binder. Iāve got a good chunk done for this one but still need pretty much all of her artworks from Southern Islands to XY.
(If you have any, let me know! A lot of them are really cheap, usually bulk cards in the middle Gen sets)
-my other Karen goal is to have one graded copy of each Karen card thatās been printed. So far Iāve got like 4 in hand and a couple getting graded at CGC right now. Got a bunch I still need to get. PSA/CGC 9 or above grades only for those.
-Team Rocket Trainer slabs. Iāve got a good few of these already from Rocket and the Gym sets but have a few modern ones too.
Iām sure Iāll make a collection post in here some time soon to showcase my progress but those are my current goals!

Thanks! And yes (forwarding from your post in that other thread) - i want to collect Kusube art! (one of the closest arrivals (finally!) will be that depressed Cubone lying in a corner - love the way she portrays pokemon in the environments)

Iām currently on a kick of hunting Base 1999-2000 cards. Itās probably the most fun Iāve had collecting cards since I started as most shops donāt even notice. It feels like Iām in on the secretālike Iām stealing the declaration of independence or something.

My long term goal is to complete a set of the Play Promo cards. These cards have a neat history being tied to the PokĆ©mon league in Japan, and feature some stunning artworks and truly unique gems. They partially ended up in English sets, but part are Japanese-exclusive. And they have a ladder in terms of prices, meaning thereās always another step to chase (GS Umbreon and Espeon are outside my reach but represent the top of the mountain, but GS Vaporeon is on my radar at the moment). I look for raw mint (PSA 9 eq.) copies.
On the side Iām continuing to buy other ADV-era cards, both promoās and holoās from sets. Iām also collecting Hatayaās cards in 3-offs for an artist binder and buying whatever Arita/Kusajima/Nishida cards that catch my fancy.

Super nice goals. I collect promos myself and I feel the PLAY promos have always been on a back burner for me due to the pricing. But I would also like to make some progress with that set.
I am also very close to finishing my ADV-P promo set. Just a few more cards to go which was one of my goals for this year. Fingers crossed to be able to finish that. I wish you luck with your collection goals and hope to see you collection posted someday.

Going too have too trade into that for sure plus drop major mula 
If I do find either I think I would stop collecting from there and be happy

grading the pokemon fan club post cards since IMO they are very underrated not many are graded and they have stunning artwork.

Glaceon lv.x psa 7, I need a binder copy of glaceon lv.x that isnāt crazy expensive. Unfortunately there havenāt been any on the market in auction for awhile.

My next big goal is probably sealed team rocket pack in both english and japanese since they have muk art in them, hopefully also rocket gang strikes back pack but that would require some trading/selling so not sure how thatāll go, not too many opportunities on market for that one either
