Same as last year, minus Base Set hunt.
So… Hunting down those rare Japanese unlimited/first edition commons I am missing.

I feel ya. Worked there for 4 months and it’s literally hell. Plus they were super inconsiderate of my health problem that got worse during my stay there.

Nothing big planned. This year I finally finished up my crystal set so not many big goals left.
- Edit for a goal I discovered right around the new year, and one I expect to work on for a while yet: Obtain (buy or grade) a PSA 10 Gosho spiky eared pichu!
- Finally finish up my gym challenge/hero binder sets, just 3 cards left!
- Find a decent raw copy of aquapolis houndoom holo SOMEWHERE…, then continue chipping away on houndours/dooms
- Finish out my BW era binder
I gotta stick to these for 2022, if I get distracted it’s a slippery slope…

Finishing 1st Ed base! Bought my big three recently with prices coming down compared to a year ago and I have all non holos. Just need the other holos I’m missing

My main goals for 2022 don’t really have a time set, it’s more just goals moving forward, but I really want to scoop up a lot Japanese promo cards I’ve missed out on, as well as newer ones. I’d also like to put some JP modern set binders together. I’m interested in WotC binders as well, but I’m gonna leave that until some other goals are out of the way.
I’m also trying to get a PSA 9 set of no symbol jungle holos and some lower-tier trophy cards. I’ll probably end up picking up some EX and original era cards throughout the year as well!
Might be a little ambitious, but I like to have a variety of options to pick from when I’m ready to buy lol.

Ideally Crystal Ho oh and Gold Star Pikachu, but will come down to budget. Starting from scratch, so any would be pretty cool!

2021 goals kind of went haywire with PSA shutting down and prices returning to a “normal” level allowing me to reconsider goals I once thought unobtainable. 2022 should be a fun year, really looking forward to it but I know I have a lot of work travel planned so finding the time needed for hobbies will be tough.

Ampharos PSA Master Set! I’d love to get to 75% on the PSA registry and get to 85% with my stack of cards to grade once PSA opens lower tiers. Need 12 cards to accomplish both those benchmarks.

Attend 1 pokemon event in person. I’ve never done that in the past and think it would be fun. Tough with work schedule though.

12/16 PSA 8 Base Set 1st Edition Holos - I started picking some of these up again at the end of 2021 when I realized prices were actually possible to complete again (besides zard) and I got some steals in a PWCC auction.

Complete PSA 9 Fossil and Rocket 1st edition holo sets. I am about half way there now.

Continue buying and selling to help fund these things and hopefully 6 or 7 subs from Ludkins come back this year to help with that.

50% of the 2021 SWSH Alt Arts ready to grade with PSA as 10 potentials. I’ve been casually picking these up to grade someday and hopefully get a complete PSA 10 set of all of them. They are just so cool and its a fun goal to grade cards yourself in my opinion.
