@pikachutcg nice spot! Genuinely surprised these have come back up for preorder, after that initial round of preorders went OOS I thought there must have been some strict-ass allocation & we probably wouldn’t see them until we went raking around Smyths, Game and the supermarkets later this month 
. Definitely going for an ungraded master set this time round.

Me too! After they sold out so fast the first time i thought that was it for sure.
By the way Smyths usually do a £10 off every £50 spent around the 25th of September (i used it to get Hidden Fates ETB’s for £41 each last year). Keep an eye out for that as its the same date as these tins are expected to be in stock at other places(although i dont expect places like smyths to get them) but also the release for Champions Path so you might be able to pick up some cheap ETB’s before they go.

Man the gyarados tins are sold out all ready again. That is twice before they even got the stock. Do you think the Pokémon company will keep on reprinting this for the next 2 to 3 years? The cards look good, everyone ones likes them, the stores can increase the price of what is suppose to be to nearly double, and people will still buy it which the stores love. The Pokémon company also love how well this is selling. The only people who don’t like it are people trying to or want to make money of the singles now or in the future.
Printing hidden fates is basically printing money
As many of you probably know the Re-Stock / Reprint has arrived in the UK and is available in some LGS’s that ordered them since yesterday.

One of the local card shops in my area (RI) just got a re-stock of the tins. They are selling them for $49.99.
I get them later than the big boys and mine shipped Friday. I’ll have them tomorrow or Tuesday.

Am I the only one that feels like something is terribly wrong when stores are charging more money for a one year old set?
Its not like they had that stuff saved untill now, its a reprint!!
Not only that, but for example, in Spain card stores are charging more than MSRP for the upcoming Champions Path ETB…
Idk, I guess that I’m back to collecting old stuff and forget about the new stuff that comes from regular boosters.
Opened 39 reprint tins so far from 3 different UK retailers, appreciate it’s a very small sample size but for what it’s worth the pull rates seem largely unchanged. That’s the last I’m opening though because the god damn centering is awful. Though again v small sample size, so perhaps just rotten luck. Harumph.
