i also graded 2 red crew passes from the ellen show but idk if those are the only ones it would be pretty funny if they are tho 
It took ~23 years, but they finally went from my three ring binder to slabs. Really thought the Grimer had a chance at a 9 (and it looked better than the Scyther), but overall glad to make some progress on my vintage grading goals
First time grading, pretty happy overall. Some misses with the tag teams I submitted, but was probably a longshot on those anyways. As for the hits, Gold Star Mew is one of my fav Mew arts, really excited to have it in my collection, esp with how hard they are to find. Was hoping for a 3 and got a 3, so yay! Got it for relatively cheap and luckily didn’t get upcharged so definitely saved a couple hundred vs buying graded. Kingdra’s also one of my fav SV arts, and Miriam is one of my fav trainer arts too. I love the 2D-ish line art(?) style of this one and the Lacey, though I’ll probably sell this since my trainer collection is more for the binder.
I could never guess between PSA 2-4 so you must have a pretty keen eye for grading!
I’ve been in a facebook group for PSA 1/low-grade collectors while I was looking for this mew, and I guess over time just figured out the differences lol, thanks! this one was relatively clean besides a crease thats hard to see in the scan, so 3 seemed about right.
Finally got the results from my March submission. This was the first submission where I decided to be more conservative in my pre-grading compared to in the past, to try and correct for some of the differences in grading I have seen over the past year.
Overall, I was pleased, and my pregrading success was much more in line with 2023-early 2024 submissions. I’ll share the specific data later today.
Some highlights:
I thought this card had a really good shot at a 10, so I need to review it and see if it’s worth it to try and regrade. Getting vintage English 10’s feels like mission impossible

How is the back?
Pretty clean! You are trying to cross to a BGS 9.5 right? I don’t remember the exact condition, but I thought this card was somewhere in between a PSA 8 and 9, so not sure if it’s the best contender. But again, I am actually being extra harsh with pregrading lol.
Hello! I got a new batch graded by BGS recently. Besides the Zapdos I tried my darnest to send in cards I thought were pristine in my quest to get a black label (I just wanna say I got one BL graded myself 
). Didn’t get it this time, but I love me some BGS 9.5s all the same!

Looks clean probably a 9++ candidate for sure, sometimes PSA scans are hard to tell as they change the brightness and contrast frequently.
