I want it so bad!! I feel like base 2 boxes shot up to ~$3,000 real quick. They were sub $2,000 around september
Edit: D/A have posted a ton of wotc boxes on eBay but they’re all $$$
Why are so many ebayers paying above the PSA 9 price for raw “mint” cards? Z&G is somewhere having a stroke about this right now lol
and people are consistently doing this with sellers who also have PSA cards listed 
baffling
Because the seller said ‘mint’ in the listing they’ve doomed themselves. I would say the buyers are going to be extremely harsh evaluating the cards and if they’re not strong 10 candidates they’re just going to get returned for item not described. Happens all the time.
Surprised THIS hasn’t been mentioned yet… unless I’m going blind.

Listed just over an hour ago, another extra copy from the same seller than sold the 4 previous without winner names

Ive tried to scan the serial number but no luck, dont be surprised if the sale price is low, this seller has previously ended his auctions early when an amount he is happy with is reached.
In the same batch he graded an additional Female no name no. 1 Trainer plus an additional 1998 No. 3 Pika…
They need lables though.
Didn’t he grade a No 1 TMB in PSA 10 too? Or I’m I remembering it wrong? I don’t remember him having a No 2.
The No.2 TMB wasnt graded in that batch, thats what surprised me! The cards currently on 3.2million yen! Thats more than the 2.2million yen i paid for my No.1 SSB! And the auction is still running!
Can anyone confirm that all the bids a genuine?
@lolzicost, The tmb no 1 was with the no name extra copy. All of these are most likely extras.
The interesting thing is: that‘s the second batch of trophies he graded with PSA. Who knows how many extra copies he (and pkonno) have left…
He’s marketing all the extra copies well though to maximize his profit and not hurt the market too badly.

To an extent, the seller is pacing them over time on Yahoo but at the same time he/she is cancelling them early when it reaches a number their happy with and selling it to that person, like todays listing that ended early once it reach 3.5 million Yen.
Pkonno on the other hand has this down to a T

I thought it might end lower than 6k due to everything that’s going on, especially after the psa9 pearl ended at $590. For the scroll, $6350 is a great price.
