When I placed my orders for the special delivery pikachu and bidoof, I intentionally ordered a shirt to provide a cushion so my cards would have a better shot of not arriving with a dent. They both graded 9s.

im pretty sure i signed up within the first few hours of the promotion and i still havent received anything 
however! my credit card just got charged $65 for a certain japanese anniversary product with promo packs that i preordered months ago

I received my code today!
I registered within 1-3 hours of the announcement being made, so I believe I was rather early in the process. Hopefully they create a big supply of these codes, would be nice to see something more readily available so everyone can be rewarded.

Just got my code. A couple of my friends who also signed up just texted me and said they got the email as well!

Seems they are distributing the codes in batches then, I’ve heard many people got their codes at almost the exact same time.
Looks like everyone, their mom, dad, sister, uncles and even their dogs got their codes today. Going to be a $50 card (or less) very soon.

A lot of people (almost everyone I spoke to in Canada) got their code today. Maybe it is just a Canada wave. It is all that is being talked about in the Canada’s group today. Everyone is so happy. Hopefully US is next.
