My cousin got a code today but keeps getting an error message when trying to use. Is this a common problem? Anybody know why it might be happening?
It was on the first batch of codes they sent out, it was PokemonXXXX, so if your cousin is using a code like that, it won’t work as it was sent to everyone. Other then that, haven’t seen anyone reporting issues with their code.
Thanks but it is a regular issued code. I tried through my account and my other cousins account and it didn’t work.
The one who got the code isn’t really a collector and lives in the UK so maybe she has to use her account through pokemon center UK?
EDIT: Yup, that was the problem. Has to be on UK pokemon center site and ship to a UK address. In case anyone is thinking of swapping codes with someone in a different country.

They might link the code to the address provided when applying for it, like if UK address, you have to redeem it in the UK Pokemon Center. US to US PC and Canada to Canada PC.
That’s my only guess, hopefully someone with more knowledge can give a better answer. From a logic point of view, that should be how they setup the codes.

Canadian here, got two codes today! GF didn’t get hers tho lol anyone confirm if they can make several orders to the same address/ with the same card without getting orders canceled? i dont know if im being too paranoid lol
