I purchased a USA Code and used it with my US address on Pokemon Center-US, however, when I get to the payment, I can’t pay with either Paypal or my Credit Card. I am Canadian, but I’d figure, I can send a $5 code to my US address, no?
The billing and mailing address both need to be USA. If you are having issues, check out as a guest instead of being logged in.
Done, still same issue. Even as a guest. Could it be because I placed an order to the house already? Shouldn’t be an issue though since I’m not even signed in 
Yes you can only do one order per address every 7 days

If after 7 days it still doesn’t work, you could try on your phone or different browser. For some reason using the code never works on my PC, but works fine on my phone.

Check out using mobile. That was the only way it worked for me!
Since you are Canadian, is your billing address for your CC in Canadian? If it is, you can temporary update it to your US address and try again.
Just reporting that I was unable to use an additional code on different browsers or mobile. I wonder how they differentiate.
I need to use the laptop with address 1, email 1, credit card 1. Then mobile data on phone for address 2, email 2, credit card 2.
Nothing can be the same on the 2 orders.

Same here, some people have reported same shipping address is okay, but never worked for me.
@smpratte I have to use 2 accounts (emails), 2 different cc, 2 different shipping address, 2 different mailing address. Since I work at a small company and do paperless for my CC, I just use my work address for one of the accounts.
Did one order on Wifi and second order on mobile data.

How can you get the SDC promo if they keep putting this damn ornament in ym cart as a promo preventing me from redeeming it?
You can get both the promo ornament and SDC. Just enter the code and you should see both in your order review before payment info.
hmm ok, i tried for two weekes in a row now, entered, code, no error, and after payment it doesnt show in order. When i get the order in the mail, its not there either. I assume maybe my codes are bad
After you enter your code in “Enjoy Pokemon” does it update your cart count +1?
If you add 1 item that’s $20 (or more) to your cart, it should auto update to 2 items, with the ornament, then to 3 items if you have a value SDC code.
When you go to Check out, where to enter your payment info, you should see all 3 items. If you are not seeing this, your code probably not working.

I’ve put multiple orders through with both the ornament and the promo in my cart, it’s definitely possible.

Ok i got it to work, but i get payment error. I redeeemd a code several months ago and havent since then. How do i get past this payment error? I tried paypal, different cards, and different name on address.Different browsers, and phone LTE. But i use the same address cause its the only one i have. All payment error
Does the code match the region? For example a US address is needed for a US code.
I had similar issues on my latest order – more difficult than usual, but it eventually went through when I A) was on cellular data B) logged into my usual account and C) used Paypal at checkout
