What are the pull rates for the Shining cards?

God I wish the shining cards were going to be harder to pull. At least the wallet won’t hurt so much…
@kkthxbai Do you have access to Ho-Oh Promos or only the boxes?
I bought 5x SM3+ boxes from Japan-International-Trade and asked about the Ho-Oh promos as well and he mentioned that he would likely have to acquire them on his own to resell and that if he did, they’d likely be around $15-20…
I’m guessing there will be such an influx of these on eBay in the next couple of days that getting one for around $10-15 USD should be easy then before it tapers off and gets expensive. I picked up 2x Ho-Oh’s from gesomayo on eBay for $15 apiece, thought it was a fair price.

To get the promo’s you have to be a store that holds Pokemon events. Even stores in Akihabara that don’t hold events don’t get them.
Sending my first PSA submission in soon and it will be 1 of the 5 personal cards I am sending. I think my second submission will be the rest of them, fun and easy to complete and they look nice. I am still hoping there is an SR Ho-oh, it can’t just be the promo, Shining Full Art 
I think my dreams have been dashed, no Ho-oh shining in the set?
There should be the 9th shining pokemon in the set. Since the set ends with Mewtwo GX at 82/72 (who knows). We already know about celebi, jirachi, arceus, rayquaza, lugia, mew, genesect, volcanion and the 9th shining which should be ho-oh.
EDIT : Just realised that shining cards are not secret rares.
Looking at listings on Yahoo I’m guessing the shinings are fairly common.

Doesn’t seem to be a shining full art. That would have been nice to see.
I was told by some Japanese that shining pull rate is 2 per box roughly. 2 per 20 packs.
So quite common… I haven’t opened my own boxes yet so we will confirm later.

I don’t like making videos usually, but just to confirm the spill rate is 2 shining per box, and let people see who want to see.

Haven’t ordered new Japanese sets since 20th Anniversary, but this set is so epic I can’t resist.
