Thanks! It’s kind of funny since when I first got back to collecting, I was pretty adamant about not going after grades, then for some reason I changed my mind. I think it was the extra challenge to hunting down the cards. Also, maybe a little OCD when it came to the condition. Haha. Either way, it’s been a fun (and at times frustrating, mainly when leads are a bust) experience for me.

I forgot to show a couple of other Shiny Pokemon goodness that I have.
First I got this Shining Mew in a trade on Instagram. I’m slowly gonna piece together my PSA 10 Japanese Shining Pokemon cards. Currently have a Noctowl on the way, and have 2 Mewtwos, a Steelix and a Celebi on the way that I’ll grade. I’m 2 for 2 on getting PSA 10 on Mewtwo so hopefully that’ll continue.
The next card that I’m excited about is the Shiny Drifloon. I’m looking forward to completing this little set from DP/DPt. I have a bunch that are worth grading but a mint Milotic forever eludes me. Anywho, here’s to starting this this little set

Got some more shiny Pokemon to add to the collection recently.
First up, got 5 more BW 1st Edition UR cards in PSA 10. With these now, I believe I have 14 left to go.
Next, I got 3 more DP/DPt Shiny Pokemon. With these added to the collection, I have 8 more to go, 7 of which I sending off to be graded this month. (Finding a mint Milotic has proven to be very hard.)
The Latias I sent in which would have completed all of my 1st Edition Gold Stars in PSA 10 got a 9. I think I might send it in for review.
The card I am most excited to show you is my PLAY Espeon. I sent it in for review and I’m happy to say, 3rd time is the charm! I can’t express how excited to have this beast knocked out finally!
And now, just to update the previous picture of the Fan Club Eevee with the Play Eeveelutions, here they all are in their PSA 10 glory.

Bad top to bottom centering seems to be almost attribute for both japanese Latias stars, good luck upgrading it.
Eeveelution family photo is too hot to handle…

I’ve seen similar looking ones grade 10, but who knows? I’m thinking about trying to add PSA10 1ed Leafeon and Glaceon Lv.X to the family picturee too 
@auron92it thanks man! the Latias was definitely a bummer, but if I had to choose between my Espeon and Latias getting a 9, it would be the Latias without hesitation haha
Have you had any experience grading the Pikachu Secrets from Bonds to the End of Time? I find a lot of them have nicks in the upper right corner straight from the pack.

No I haven’t graded any of those yet. Do they have that gloss coating like the shiny cards? I found that many of the shiny cards tend to have nicks/slight whitening. I don’t know if its an imperfection with the glossy layer and when they are cut or what, but it makes it pretty frustrating to find ones that would be best suited for grading
Yeah they are Glossed. I have major nicks/chips out of the top right corner on 2 I have pulled. It’s frustrating.

I pulled two as well, and they have what looks like the whitening described prior on the edge with the gloss/cut I would guess. Not major nicks or chips, but definitely visible edge roughness…

It is indeed very frustrating…I am contemplating buying a Beat of the Frontier box to try pull a Shiny Milotic (and also I have yet to open a DPt era box) but I am also worried about that out of pack damage.
I have opened a Bonds to the End of Time box + 11 loose packs and the out of pack where was only present in the box I opened. I am contemplating buying some of the cheaper boxes to try and pull the Shiny cards if I can find more loose packs to open.
Try checking on Amazon for boxes. They are relatively cheaper (Bonds of the End of time is $96, Beat of the Frontier is $102, Advent of Arceus is $150) and have free shipping. They just have a long shipping time (couple of weeks at minimum). There is expedited shipping but that cost just as much as the box itself. I’m thinking of snagging a Beat from there.

Earlier this past summer, I completed one of my collection goals in full. I present to you guys the complete PSA10 Japanese Gold Star 1st Edition set.
In addition to this set, I also recently completed my PSA 10 Japanese Shining set (Promos included) thanks to various people.
Now I can focus on the LP shiny gift promos which I’m more than half way complete with these 6 that I got in a PSA return last month
but in addition to these, I’ll be sending off these 3, which I’m hoping will recieve 10s.
I’m also 50% complete with the shiny cards from DPt series.
And also sending in these which hopefully can complete my set. The Milotic might not grade a 10, so I’ll be looking for more of them in the mean time. If anyone can point me in the direction, I’d greatly appreciate it
Lastly, these are some returns I got last month too. I’m pretty excited about the Charizard and the Mewtwo. I’m just stoked 3 out of 4 Shining Mewtwo I’ve sent in recieved 10. Not sure whats up with the Steelix though, visibly can’t see anything wrong with it so I’ll prob submit it for review later.
Now that I’m almost done clearing the major, harder to find shiny Pokemon cards, I can focus on some of the more common ones like the BW UR cards, BW promos, XY promos, and XY SR/RR cards. The hardest promos in PSA 10 actually might be LP legendary dogs that came in the HG/SS LEGEND Perfect set since those promos tend to have the indentations on the corners where they were being held in place. I also will start piecing together my Japanese PSA 10 Mewtwo/Mew collection on the side.
