Stupid question: For Special #2, do you require the cards to be in Card Savers as well? If so, will the Ultra Pro Semi-Rigids be okay to submit in?

I was about to get a sub in tomorrow but wasn’t sure about this part of the process. Hoping to get this in for May’s sub. Any assistance is appreciated

Stupid answer: I’ll update to clarify on the original post. As long as they’re the larger Ultra Pros that are most similar to a Card Saver I, it is fine. Just don’t use the super tight ones that are closer to a Yu-Gi-Oh size.

Can we submit with the special using top loaders? I’ve made a submission before with Ludkins using the top loaders and it didn’t seem to be an issue. Not sure if that is still the case.

Can we submit with the special using top loaders? I’ve made a submission before with Ludkins using the top loaders and it didn’t seem to be an issue. Not sure if that is still the case.

Specials require card savers. That’s part of how we are reducing the cost to give you the rate shown.

Any normal rate submission can be sent in anything you want.

We are submitting constantly for the specials. We have logged and shipped every single MWF this month and will do the same next month.

For our normal submission schedule, we have deadlines on the 15th and last day of every month. So we are shipping out every two weeks. For orders of 100 or more, there is never a deadline and we always process those on a rolling basis as they come in.

Yes, they’re just not going to come out immediately because it’s more important for us to prioritize our labor on getting orders shipped to PSA and in their queue.

We will match the new PSA special and offer an additional option of our own.

Special #1: No Estimated Turnaround
$7.50/card. $99 value cap. No added insurance beyond what PSA provides. Return shipping at cost (Reduced versus PSA direct). Must submit in card saver 1’s (or other brands of semi-rigid savers of the same size). POKEMON ONLY

Special #2: 45-Day Submission (Estimated per paperwork, unclear what this will equal in PSA years; Ludkins Gold is equivalent submission speed)
$9.00/card. $199 value cap. Full market-value insurance through an added third party on top of what PSA provides. Must submit in card saver 1’s (or other brands of semi-rigid savers of the same size). Free return shipping in the USA.

Both specials have a 25 card minimum.

If we get 20,000 cards in either May or June, we will give away a heavy 1st Ed. Base Pack (Charizard Artwork). This is only double the quantity we did in January under normal circumstances, so it’s not even farfetch’d. We believe this gives a significant incentive to submission through Ludkins. Each card submitted is an entry into the giveaway. Regular card submissions will also be entered, not just those utilizing the specials.

No prechecks available for either special. All other submission guidelines apply. Must put “Special #1” or “Special #2” as applicable on the outside of your package when you submit.

We had such a glut of volume at the last second that it took a full week to understand exactly where May ended. We ended with 14,782 cards on that submission period. So we missed the 20k. That said: In the first 10 days of June, we have already had 8,000 more from just large submissions alone. Won’t know a small sub tally until late into the month/beginning of next. But this has actually been an even stronger start than last month. So the deal is still on!

I need cards in hand by the 25th to qualify for this deal. Reminder: Regular submissions still count toward the 20,000. So if you have other services you need, feel free to still get in on the fun.

I do not have access to the UK company’s numbers. Anything I post speaks only to the US side. But if anyone is in the UK, I can help them get connected to the UK to receive service.

Every night, at 10PM EST, I put my phone on airplane mode and I don’t turn it back on until 8AM.

It frustrates people often that they wait longer to get replies from me. But my #1 concern is making sure that when I’m handling cards, orders, information, etc. I am 100% on. So I always get my night of sleep with rare exceptions.

Please note that there are adjustments to the expected turnaround on Special 2 per PSA with the continued COVID issues.

This does not change the tier we submit at. It is just a more realistic description of what to expect when submitting at that tier under the current conditions.

I sent you like 150 cards a while back but I’m kinda wanting to DHL the rest of my japan order and see if I can get it to you by the 25th to utilize the special. I will be cutting it close but we’ll see how it goes! I know you could use some more work you seem like you’ve been slacking off
