When you get it autographed don’t put it back into the sleeve immediately. Depending on the gloss/Holo on a card you may need to leave it out for a bit to dry. Best way to transport is in your carry on personal item I think. That way you can watch it and make sure it stays safe. Top loader or sturdy binder would probably be fine same as other card storage.
Personally I use side loaders and top loaders and I have an ultra pro box that I keep them in for added protection and ease of access and moving.
Hey everyone - I apologize for the late follow up! Info has been slow and life has been hectic, but I have more news!
Autographs will be 3 per person at once
Attendees can go through the line twice per day (Saturday and Sunday)
There are a few things I still need to hear back about, such as the price, if an opportunity for more autographs is open to the artwork panel attendees, and commissions, but please hang tight!
Now, what I have been able to do is I have volunteers who are willing to donate their spots to you all. I have 15 people, so 45 additional cards total. I won’t be a middleman here, but if your middleman can get me the cards with instructions at the event, I’ll make sure they get signed and returned to them before the event is over. I think it makes sense for each member who’s interested to have a shot at 3 cards each before people take additional spots, but I’ll leave it to you all to figure it out and let me know who’s coming! I hope that helps!
You’re the best Alec! Just to be clear: people who want to get cards signed but won’t attend the event need to secure someone who will be present, but the middleman we work with will then hand off the cards to you, and you will ensure they are signed and then return them to our middleman of choice before the end of the event.
@fourthstartcg Yep that sounds right! Naturally it’d be easiest if they all came from one person, but I’ll leave that up to you all. There’s no upcharge on my end from whatever Mr. Fukuda charges, so that’ll be up to your middleman as well.
@azulryu I haven’t yet! I know Mr. Saitou generally practices his sketches right before an event based on his Twitter posts, so if Mr. Fukuda is similar, we might not know until right before.
I’ve also made a list of sorts for people to see of who’s bringing what and how many cards are left. I’ll keep updating it as I hear from people or read here.
All you have to do is find a middleman and let me know who’s coming with your cards! It looks like @vehicularmenace is coming for sure with several member’s cards, so I’d try them.
