The email was c/p from the last event, but itā€™s not going to be 24 hours when it was sent out on a Saturday :sweat: Thereā€™s a bigger window before the form is turned off.

One outstanding question: when will the line to get into the SMS queue open on Friday? The schedule says Live Demonstration at 12 pm and then General Line starts at 3 pm. I assume ā€œGeneral Lineā€ means time she is actively signing. Will staff be adding us to the SMS queue at 12? At 3? Before 12? (side events open at 12 so I assume nothing before that)

Definite open times are still pending, though I intend to have people outside to sign people up for the queue before the venue hall doors open. The SMS queue will close again, at which point people can line up naturally where the signage will be located inside the venue. There should be staff available to sign up for the queue while the demonstration is in progress.

Update: An addition was made to the personalization requirements. Generic screen names are not permitted. This means if your online name contains generic or brand-related words/phrases, it canā€™t be used. This will be included on signage at the event. The best practice is to use the recipientā€™s name so that our staff donā€™t have to go back and forth with someone on what qualifies as generic or not.
