@davie @Dyl I can’t guarantee anything (since we have yet to get all the details and whatnot) but if I’m able to help I’d be willing to! Fingers crossed for a panel spot
I so appreciate this @camrok37! Fingers crossed.
Blessings - that’d be incredible! Good luck with the panel selection + would love to see pictures of the event (and panel, once the demo ends) anyways
I know many people are excited for event spectator/competitor registration to go up, full details to be posted, and for demo entries to go live. They are all coming as soon as possible so hang tight!
Registration for the event will be available on RK9.gg on January 10th at 9PM EST! I’ll add the link as soon as it’s available.
Awesome thanks for the update Alec!
General info and schedule have been posted on the website!
Thanks for the additional info!
This is going to likely come off sounding greedy…I really don’t mean it that way lol, I just want to be sure I understand the format of the event. Does the “5 autographs per visit” mean per trip through the SMS line, or per day, or for the entirety of the weekend?
Each time you come through the general line
Just booked 3 nights in a hotel for $275, 6 minute Uber/Lyft away from the convention center. If anyone wants the info lmk and I’d be happy to send along!
Would this be allowed? It says in the terms and conditions it has to be personalized to the person receiving the card. I understand they are cracking down on reselling which is good but it’s a shame for genuine collectors who cannot be there in person.
Hi @Alec will she be doing sketches as an option?
Edit: Got this mixed up with the New York signing. So sorry!
Just out of curiosity, which Instagram comments? I had the same question based on what it said on the event page but haven’t seen any instagram conversation.
Edit: I am a goof, this is the Orlando thread. Sorry!
Alas! Juicy details.
But isn’t that for the NYC signing specifically? I’d be surprised if Harada was ok with doing personalization for other names there and not in Orlando, but worth checking.
@Alec Happen to have the definitive answer?
Oh dear I’m so sorry, I got my wires crossed. I have mixed up the threads like a goof.
Im pretty sure its the same for Orlando as well. The names on the cards have to be real names. It can be nicknames or for other people.
It cant be to pokemon or generic like to Trainer or to Ash. I think that they also not to any pokemon characters at all but Im not sure if that’s in reference to actual Pokemon or to human characters since I’m sure people actually have friends that go by some of those names lol.
I always thought of what if a girl was going to an event and her name was Ashley but instead went by Ash.
Happens to the best of us
@neverforget50in07 Could always pull the 'ole uno reverse on them and legally change your first name to “Trainer”. Think of the possibilities…
Okay, I’m in – meet you at city hall on Thursday?
