Walmart is tricky. They are located in the front, typically a tight mini aisle between an unused register and self checkout.

I’m not sure if the Walmarts where I live have been stocked but I have seen CP ETBs posted in Facebook Marketplace in towns near where I live. I went to one Walmart today and their Pokemon supply was very scarce. I’m assuming those people picked them up at Walmart or Target though. I’m not sure how useful this website is : brickseek.com/ but you can search the SKU (463291638) for Walmart in your area.

Hey everyone, forgive me if this isn’t the right place for this question, BUT I was wondering what everyone’s plans are for getting your hands on champions path tomorrow or any limited release.
For those of you unwilling to spend $80-$100 per ETB or those who didn’t get in on the preorder.
Are you waking up super early to hit stores as they open?
do your stores have 3rd party vendors that deliver the cards? If so, when do they typically put cards out?
I’m in the US and this is my first time riding the hype train and was wondering what I should expect. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
Stores I’m considering are Target and Fred Meyer.

Is there a trick for checking target stock, or are the unaffected because they have 3rd party vendors?
The best way to check target stock is to befriend one of the workers and ask when they usually restock. Walmart is usually stocked by 3rd party vendors while i think most targets the target employees are the one stocking. atleast thats how it works in my area

I just got a mail from amazon saying they cancelled my preorder of 3 dubwool boxes…
Well, i still have one order for 2 ETB´s open, but i wouldnt be surprised if amazon is going to cancel them too.

Giving an update on my search.
No Walmart or Target in a 20 mile radius has any Champion’s Path (At least three Targets and four Walmarts). I was at one Target when they opened and they had nothing, and then went to another where I spoke with others who mentioned the same thing regarding other stores.
A local card shop did have Champions Path, 10 cases of the ETBs and one case of Dubwool and the other pin box. They sold them at retail but limited each person to three ETBs and one of each of the boxes.
My wife and I opened two ETBs and a Dubwool box and had eight hits with one of those a secret rare. No Zards.

Tabletop Gaming Center in Connecticut has some pin boxes left at a very small markup. Oddly they are stocked with hidden fates tins, selling those for $19.99.

I went to four gamestops and a few targets and walmarts, but couldn’t find any. One gamestop told me to check again later as they never received any product and another told me that they weren’t getting any etbs and had to cancel their preorders. Hopefully I’ll start to see some in the shops in the next week.
Wow! That is great! Another local shop in my area has tins and is selling them for $50.
Just went to my lcs, picked up an etb for $55. They were completely sold out, only reason I got one was because I preordered one

My GameStop said the same thing, hopefully they will get their etbs in today or tomorrow. I was able to order a case from a game store near me for retail though which is pretty cool. Pokemon is a very small part of their inventory though so I don’t think many people buy (pokemon) product from them.

Got 2 from Gamestop in today. One was missing the promo zard & code card. Called Gamestop & they said to return the ETB. I have doubts on how the refund will go. They weren’t open to a partial refund.
First box too. What are the Poke gods trying to say??
