In English it’s Pokémon Tales, the ones I got are the Japanese version and it’s called ポケモンえほん - literally pokemon picture books! They are all done by different illustrators, many of them are the usual artists like Baba, Arita etc.

It looks like you are right. Seems to be a Sanyo Noodle Sticker. I found a, eBay listing for an unopened thing of noodles that have a Zygarde of the label with the same designs on it.
According to the PSA Pop report, they have graded that kind of thing before, just not this year.

Working on ultra prism staffs now. Jumping around but these two were really cheap so i figured id get this set out of the way since there is only one semi expensive card in the set (lucario)

Im trying to go in order, but in all honesty my process is strange. So what i do until im almost done with a set is search by staff prerelease and sort by cheapest first. Working my way through it that way while semi staying in order. It helps knock out the easier ones and i can sometimes find steals like the staff volcanion from unbroken bonds i found for 3 USD. The problem with going in order is that a lot of the earlier staff promos are expensive. blastoise for example from unleashed, so i try to stay in my monthly budget. Like todays cards were under 20 USD total for both

This is Ace Grading from the UK; they give you the option of a standard black/white label, a bespoke colour match label, or an “Ace Label” like the one on Scizor - they have a database of 100’s of label artworks (and constantly adding new ones). You just choose when submitting which label option you’d like.
They may not be one of the big companies, but for display purposes, their slabs are hard to beat!

Ahh yes my bad, it is ACE indeed. That is the company I had in mind but typed AGS. Again, really nice pickups and a great label which makes this a superb display piece.
