Damn I need that Pokemon run card as a runner myself. Do you know if there are more cards from runs?

Just a nice pickup surprisingly cheap for what it is also just love how its basically the representation of the climax/puzzle parts of Platinum.

I prefer these world championships cards and collect a series of them too…but the 1999 is too expensive for me :smiling_face_with_tear:

I think it’s a Greninja.

We used to play this when I was a child. It’s a POG

That would be a neat slammer. Maybe make the ninja star embossed as the background.

Plugged a few holes on this page, gen 9 accelerating to completion. Need to start chipping away at mid era ASAP tbh.

151 master set stuff, and forgot if I posted these Shinings I need to crack

Pulled the english version of this card out of the first packs I opened as an adult collecting again in 2018. I’ve finished the english set and have been wanting this card in japanese for a few years now.

Based on the looks of it i was wondering if it might be a noodle sticker instead of a pog?

I have no idea, the listing said “seal sticker game” but I can’t really find anything else about it.

This seemed easier and cheaper than buying one myself, sun fading it myself, and sending to PSA :joy: thanks @smpratte

Those look awesome! What are those books?

@jaxlax21 Looks like a noodle sticker to me too. The company is Sapporo Ichiban, which has released a good amount of other Pokemon items alongside their noodle products.

@Mr.Garrison The books are the Japanese versions of the Pokemon Tales books. There are a lot more in Japanese, but some were released in English too. Some of the English books can be very rare. A good amount of them are done by well-known Pokemon artists (e.g. Kusube, Komiya, Nishida, etc.). Here are some hi-res scans of the English Oddish book by Komiya (they probably have more, but I just picked one that I knew had scans) :slightly_smiling_face:

In English it’s Pokémon Tales, the ones I got are the Japanese version and it’s called ポケモンえほん - literally pokemon picture books! They are all done by different illustrators, many of them are the usual artists like Baba, Arita etc.
