Like many others its probably my stupid PSA 9 Shadowless Charizard, even though its not even close to being the card I’ve paid the most $$ for, it just so happened to quadruple in price since I bought it. I think this thread would be a lot more interesting if we omitted Base Zards from the equation because they’re money hax af. I think my runner up would be a tie between fan club karp and 2005 Championship Arena.

Don’t know if they are the most expensive but deff. would be the hardest to get rid off if I ever had to. They all mean something

You and me too! I can’t bear to send them to PSA because the original acrylic cases are simply too elegant to abandon. Happy to see your Tropical Mega Battle sitting in its original beautiful case too

I’ve been on the hunt for a while.
Though I weighed my options… Trip of a lifetime or a Pikachu trophy.
Next time it’ll be the trophy.

The trick to getting a pika trophy is to complain to smpratte that he’s not making enough youtube videos, so he spends more time making his quality videos while you are stalking yahoo auctions and ebay 24/7 in hopes he’s distracted enough to not see the listings

I got these on Ebay a few years ago before they ballooned in value. Also the Shining Raichu is the only one in NM condition, the others are actually quite crappy XD. But they do look very pretty in the right light. It’s some kind of foil that the newer Shining cards don’t seem to have any more. Pity…
