That dunsparce art is gold. Lol I also love ditto it’s in my top 5 for sure. I play oldschool format with real cards with my buddies and I used to rock a ditto only deck. Funny enought they call me “ditto” since that day on haha

I love it so much. Just seeing so many dunsparce flying around having a good time in that art. So glad I managed to snag a psa 10 of it. Using a ditto deck sounds fun.
I always find a card from a rare release that I’ve never seen in my life (last I remember was togepi from ana airlines) and it also blows my mind, when you think you know it all and something like these slips under your sight. When I was a kid I had some few shit cards, and a guy owned a neo slowpoke, the derp one with the apple tree, and I loved it to much that I offered all my cards for it. The guy said no, and when I saw it in a flea shop many years later I bought it in english and japanese, and both are in my binder till this day.

I just added that as a bonus point as that voltorb and the base electrode were special to me because of circumstance rather than choosing them as a favorite, if that makes sense.

It’s pretty interesting to see how so many people have picked very inexpensive cards as having their favorite artwork. I was wondering if people would have a bias towards some cards simply because the card carries a high price tag. I guess cost doesn’t always equal quality 
Dont think price is important here, only matters if it a very limited card with unique art like art academy, but overall you can always pick a affordable version of the art you like.

Dunsparce is one of those Pokemon that never received the evolution it deserves. Maybe some sort of dragon, or some humanoid angelic being even.
Here is my all-time favorite as it’s so iconic and just plain beautiful:

It has even better distinctiveness than both of those things. Like Sudowoodo.
With that said, Pokémon are one of the few consistent, leading designers when it comes to dragons.
At this point, I don’t even mind it having no evolution, perhaps an extension. Have you seen Zygarde? I’d definitely wouldn’t like for it to go that route when it can do the same in its tier on Showdown but even better than that garbage dump of a legendary.
