I still love my illustration contest cards in PSA 10. I have my favourite ones from each set, so I’m happy 
My favorite card would have to be my Coro coro Shining Mew. It’s definitely not the most expensive card in my collection, nor is it in the best condition, but I adore it anyhow. It’s actually one of my goals to get a PSA 10 one, eventually.

Yeah, I’m gonna need all the luck I can get. It’s definitely not a goal I see being filled immediately, but once I get the card it’ll be worth it.

I’ve got many favorites, most are from the base set as that was the cards i played with most when i was a kid (still am but a grown up one )
But my absolute favorite has to be the Holo Blastoise from base set. I always loved how badass two cannons looked on the back of a turtle LOL

Coro Coro Lilypad Mew. Back in the 90’s there was an online store called TNCUniverse, which had a page dedicated to Pokemon Japanese promos, this card always caught my eye and loved it, the way it was drawn made it look very rare as well, but sadly I could never afford it at the time as they were asking about $150 for it and I barely had money being 12yo.
Now that I can afford it and it’s not as expensive ($15-$30+) I’ve amassed a buttload of these. lol

Ahh ok, I knew about “for position only” cards, just never thought of them as FPO. LOL.
