I actually just completed a big goal of mine : all 63 silver border alt arts from the SWSH era in PSA 10. These cards really reignited the collecting flame in me, and I don’t intend to sell these for a very long time, if ever.
I managed to grade most of these myself, including almost all the good ones (Charizard, Giratina, Lugia, Moltres, and more) which helped tremendously on the financial aspect.
Here are a few pictures, I’m still in disbelief how amazing these artworks are and how spoiled we are as collectors in the recent years. Enjoy!
After more than a year of chase (or should I say 25 years?) I finally completed english Base Set, ungraded, but all cards in NM condition. Maybe that’s easier for someone living in the US or somewhere else but to do it here in Brazil is a nightmare. Now I’m on my way to replicate that with Japanese Base Set (aka Expansion Pack). 12 year old me would be really proud
I’m currently working my way through 1st Ed Gym Challenge. Most of the holos done, but a couple still eluding me in good condition for a decent price. looking at you Blaine’s Charizard!
