What set is this card from?

Stumbled across this beautiful looking card the other day (image attached) and was wondering what set it’s from and where to find them? Is it even a real card?

If anyone has any knowledge about this, it would be greatly appreciated!

From the screw design on the bottom I can tell it’s a Bandai Zukancard.

Did a search and found a site which describes it: muuseo.com/s_o_resistance/items/252.

From the JP text, seems like it’s a sticker card which can be peeled.

Can’t tell you which year it was released because they love omitting the copyright year at the back. Afraid you’ll need the checklist card to find the copyright year. If I were to take a guess, 2003/2004.

I’m not entirely certain, but I’m inclined to believe they came in these boxes.

EDIT: I meant like actual products similar to the images below (might’ve been unclear).
