I’ve been collecting Basketball and pokemon for a good 20 years. I’ll rotate what i collect whenever i feel like a need a change. Right now I’m back to HOF autos. With some Michael Jordan PC mixed in there.

Erm… shouldn’t you buy bluray or at least DVD?
My experience with VCR tapes has been negative, all my collection gone moldy and unplayable without me knowing, despite they were kept inside a cool, dry cupboard. So I stopped buying them, though some rare ones were valuable.
This is beautiful.
That’s why I buy sealed VHS, keep the mold out.
If I want to watch it I’m sure it’s on Netflix or some other streaming services now lol
One of my personal grails is a 1st Edition Harry Potter Philosophers Stone book (softcover).
I was actually featured on Pawn Stars with this book last year- good memory.

Video games, but I recently did a large cull. Vinyl records but I’m probably going to sell 90% of them sometime in the future. I do like the signature collection of webkinz plushies and have aquired 2 in brand new condition (with unused codes/tags that I promptly used in the game!) that will probably stay tucked away until I move into my own place and be able to display them and get more. I previously had 20ish but they were given/thrown away 
some of the plushies are very nostalgic for me and I’m happy to pay the price on them (some are a few hundred dollars in pretty crappy condition)
