Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find a Russian Piplup this year to complete the goal I made last year, so that’s going back on the goals list for this year. Other goals include:
The last 2 English set cards I need for the Piplup binder
45% Piplup line + Dawn/Hikari/Akari master set completion. I’m currently at 39%, exceeding last year’s goal of 33%.
Continuing to condense and organize my collection, and adding full arts/art rares to the “stuff I like” binder as they come out.
I never stick with my goals, but that doesn’t stop me from setting them each year 
Goal 1 - Compile list of all metapod cards, TCG and Non, including all released languages
Goal 2 - Buy a Get promo, corocoro shining mew, or neo 3 shining gyarados
Goal 3 - Buy from Japan directly
Goal 4 - Sell 20 cards
Goal 5 (Stretch) - Acquire 1999 tropical wind

I should probably consider what I want to do for TCG as well, probably something around PSA 9/10 holo 1st ed set or maybe a gold star set. Need to think about it and do a bit more research

Continue finishing my PSA 9 Base Set Unlimited Holo set, 9/16 done.
Once #1 is done, probably try to work on my PSA 8 Base Set Shadowless Holo set, 3/16 done.
Finish some misc small raw set collections where I am misisng 1-2 cards.
Also fun to have goals, big or small.
Hmm, I don’t really even have a goal right now except to keep buying the full art illustration cards as they release. Pretty much since they became more of a set stable back in Cosmic Eclipse, I’ve been drawn to them and so I go out of my way to buy when the price is right.
By 2026 @sherotcg will be starting this thread in August

Most important point for me is to start selling more. If I want to achieve my long term goals, there is no other way around it. This entails figuring out the most efficient way regarding taxes, setting up some packaging process so that it isn’t such a chaotic mess, start listing items on more platforms and the list goes on Maybe I will figure out it isn’t for me, maybe I’ll enjoy it - it’s going to be an interesting year.

There are over hundred of them. Unless you’ve the financial means, I would suggest just getting the below key cards will do for a modest collection, while leaving some funds for other things
I will acquire an Art Academy. It was my 2023 goal and that ain’t gonna happen. I really need to try to just stop being poor.
All Japanese gold stars except the dreaded umbreon and espeon.
