Video about the Logan case

Hope this means the case will be opened. Otherwise it’s not getting authenticated

Some claim that it’s opinion and that there are 2 sides… well, maybe, but it’s Schrodinger’s Meowth - eventually, and perhaps soon, someone will open this. Then, we’ll find out which ‘side’ is in fact, fact, and not opinion. THAT is what’s being discussed. What is more likely to be true, not what the opinions are. Opinions are a dime a dozen, but in this case (pun intended) 1 opinion is worth 3.2 million.

“Insured” is a weird word to use. I assume this was a typo, but if not, point 7 on BBCE’s Authentication page on their website (www.bbcexchange.com/authentication) explicitly states:

After the submission and authentication of an item by BBCE, new information may arise or become available that was unavailable at the time a determination of authenticity was assigned by BBCE to any item. BBCE shall have no liability to customer, and BBCE shall be under no obligation to change a determination of authenticity assigned to an item (unless such an item is re-submitted for authentication) to the extent new information arises or becomes available after a determination of authenticity is assigned by BBCE to any item.

“Ensured” / insured is a common mistake

I’m afraid Logan is and will be neither.

When/if the box is confirmed to be fake he should spend 2 days offline, fabricate a story about it being a devastating blow and then make a hard-ass comeback video with a 100/100 limited Nft at $35000 each of ***this:

I think this is a joke, but this might actually occur :joy:

I just had an idea. What if this whole charade is a ploy to market the advantages of Nft’s just before the big Pokemon Nft thingy that is about to happen?

Impaulsive version: “You know what is fucked up bro is like if I collected Nfts I wouldn’t have lost 3,5 million on like Pokemon cards you know bro right bro? Because like, NFT’s cannot be faked man, right yo true bro”

Market lingo version: “NFT’s - you can’t forge a JPEG! Always 100% guaranteed authentic!”

I wanted to fly to PSA and have them break a vintage box and grade them same day during the highs o pokemon earlier this year. After speaking with PSA on the phone, they actually said they do not grade packs same day and they sent everything to BBCE. Not a good look to have valuable boxes or packs flying all over the place to get graded. Still have the unopen box and waiting to someone to grade the packs. crazy system.

That was one of the worst revelations, finding out that PSA packs are graded by BBCE >_<

People should run their NFT’s by BBCE before purchasing, then they’ll never buy anything inauthentic.

Noted Pokemon experts, the Island Boys.

To their credit, they know exactly as much as BBCE does about what this case contains.

While that is common is Jungle cases,it never has been reported in Base Set 1st edition cases
