Appreciate the response. Seems like an inefficiency in the market but sometimes things don’t make sense and “1st edition” does also make things sound more desirable for some reason.

Best price to get a shining mew 10, last low i saw was $2900. Can us buyers bid on these auctions?
I’m not 100% sure as all payments are through WeChat which recently announced the ability to link international credit cards, however, I don’t know if they would run through the auction site.

I believe the Japanese card did sell on Pokecolor at some point in the last month.
The Chinese version is much more common to see over here for obvious reasons.

Even in China it seems that black labels carry a premium and CGC 10s do not (price is between PSA 9 & 10).

I think possibly even more-so. There is a lot of very loud wealth over here that buy things just to show they can. Black labels are perfect for the Chinese market.
