Check out this guy and ask him what product he has that closely matches the dimension of a theme deck. Hes got 1000s of product cases for collectibles.

I wish I could make these items myself but I have to use a manufacturer and I have to order a lot to get anything done. The closest I see on hand is the Sega Game Gear protectors but they aren’t perfect for sure but it would give you something to put them in. They are 6 3/8 x 4 1/2 x 1 1/8.

They cut to the specifications you provide, giving a little leeway each side as to not sufficate the sealed product. They have Theme Deck boxes on their page, so I assume it’s not new to them to make them!
