Anyone considered if it is in PSA’s best interest to become less strict on indents? Clearly small indents are easy to miss and have a huge impact on their grade, and thus price. It would be less costly if a small indent like made it an 8, not a 6. My best wishes to the owner of the Tkhan.
PSA can’t change their standards significantly in either direction at this point. It would shake consumer confidence in their grades. I think it’s in PSA’s best interest to be as consistent as possible, at this point.
One of the problems with PWCC. They’ll list a dozen Rayquazas closing at the same time and screw their customers. Plus they devalue them for the future. Now for buyers, PWCC is great.
I’m especially excited to see for how much Giovanni’s Nidoking (corocoro Psa 10) will go. They have a very low pop and whenever one appeared on ebay, the sellers demanded very high prices (though I don’t remember any successful sale). This auction will provide a realistic price for the card.
