They are usually really fast and may take 2 days in average from my experience, I always create a PWCC submission with the item’s name and add tracking number to make it easier for them
I just submitted a card that was received by PWCC on Wednesday, the scans of the card are showing in my vault portfolio but it is still listed as being in the curating process. I will update once it is complete!
How does selling on pwcc work? Does the money go into like a pwcc wallet u can use in their auctions or do just have to pull it right out to an external bank account
It will be loaded onto your account. You could spend it on their auctions or fixed price marketplace if you wanted.
And then after what Dyl said you can also just transfer it to a bank account if you don’t want to spend more money lol
Do i need to be approved to spend over a certain amount on the pwcc weekly auction? Sry for all the questions im gearing up to potentially make a large purchase
Do you generally put a packing slip in. I have a PSA sub going to PWCC, I presume a tracking code and a submission would be ok?
I have never shipped anything to PWCC by my own place since I am not from the United States, I ship there my purchases because of the vault advantages. When I started using it I always asked the sellers to print the PWCC submission form and include it in the package but I stopped doing it because it doesn’t make any difference. What I always do is creating the actual submission online, add the card name and tracking number
I have never put a packing slip in. Just provide them the tracking number and describe what’s in the package in your submission and you’ll be OK.
Not that I’ve ever seen. The only time you need approval is for the premiere auctions.
Forgot to follow up on this - it took 5 days between the card being received and being fully curated into PWCC’s system!
How do you know when they will charge you? I’ve got ~100 cards in there, some borderline $50 that I want to double check before they tack that on!
Does anyone have experience doing international wire transfers with PWCC? I’ve never done one before and I am a little confused about how to properly fill out each field with the PO box and ZIP and everything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Go to your Vault page. The Insured $ value must be ≥$50 USD. If it isn’t, they will charge you $3.
AUTHENTICATED TRADING CARDS
Free for any card, ticket or other standard-size slab with a market value of $50 or greater.
*Just a $3, one-time fee for items less than $50. Assets submitted to Auction or sold in 30 days are always free, regardless of value.
I think this is a question that needs to be supplemented with PWCC customer help, not just forum members.
I contacted them this morning, waiting for a response back. Cheers!
Half of my cards had no insured value so I added them myself, any idea if they would be covered or automatically deemed less than $50?
If you edited an Owner Value, they can still charge you the $3 if their appraisal is lower than $50. You need to “Request an Edit” and ask them to adjust the appraised value.
All cards that are appraised by them for <$50 will incur the charge. If they can’t find a market price, I can’t imagine that they will charge you.
Hope this helps.
I had a weird situation once where I bought something FROM pwcc for I believe $54 and they appraised it at $16 and tried to charge me lol it got fixed but yeah their algorithm is off sometimes
