Main thing i noticed is that anything over 120 stays at the same current fees, so this only benefits slabs under 120$. Nothing else changes. Why?
Because they want to get rid of the junk slabs that clog up their Fixed marketplace.
Seems like the opposite. This encourages more junk in the fixed marketplace.
If I had to speculate, it solves 2 problems. 1) the fixed marketplace lacks listings and the bulk of graded cards are under $120. And 2) there is now incentive to list junk in the fixed marketplace instead of weekly auction.
So the volume goes up in fixed listings and the quality goes up in the auctions
Oh I see you were talking about the overmarket sales. Yeah that’s definitely to get rid of unsellable listings.
Big question is how are they defining market value. The algo they use for insurance value is kinda trash
When does this start? I didn’t get the email and their FAQ hasn’t updated
No idea as it didn’t state when it will start in the email. It did say to be on the lookout for more information in the coming days so I’d guess sooner rather than later.
Edit: It actually says that it will come into effect with the launch of Fanatics Collect.
i hate doing wires but this info will work 100%. if you are international i think you have to enter the swift code as well which should be in the instructions.
Thanks for the info! I ended up contacting support and they helped me fill out the information. They gave me an alternative address from the PO box. Weirdly enough, i tried to send swift, but it said i cant send USD to the states through swift (idk why) so i ended up sending the transfer through wise. Anyway, money is on the way and pwcc said they notified accounting and are awaiting the payment, so all seems to be working out !
I’m not sure what you bought, but congratulations! It must be huge if you were looking to wire.
Thanks! Biggest card purchase ive ever made im gonna wait until everything is said and done to share it i think, but yea, very excited!!
Yuck. I’m glad I bought one when I did
Over priced. I’m wondering if it was paid for
pwcc seems to do really well on higher end cards and pretty bad for low end. Makes sense but weird to see how big the discrepancy can be. I always do a lot of comparison shopping before I buy stuff, for some reason it seems like that is not the case with many on pwcc
Oh hi 2020
yeah… u can bin that for 2500 less currently
For a psa 9 shadowless zard? Thats closer to what 8s go for
