I was 20/33 PSA 10s on my sub from Florida on modern (all english except 4 burgerchus where I was 3/4 PSA 10). This is around my normal hit rate. Comparatively, my Jersey sub that was on the same timeline was 17/51 PSA 10 for all modern english.

Haven’t graded with PSA for a while, sent this one through fanatics. After watching the scans the 9 wasn’t possible honestly but I think an 8 would have been reasonable. Such a shame it’s a beautiful card. Pop 1 in PSA

I think aside from the holo scratches and bits of edgewear on the back, the bit of raised edge on the back bottom edge is probably what downgraded it to a 7.

Came across this Z&G listing and noticed it was a consecutive cert with my copy (mine is x405.) Did a bit more digging and it turns out x403 and x406 are also PSA 10s, meaning someone graded 4 consecutive PSA 10 DF Dragonite exs, over 10% of the PSA 10 pop.
If that wasn’t enough, x399 and x400 are consecutive PSA 10 DF Latios ex, x407 and x408 are conescutive PSA 10 PK Salamence ex.
I checked some other certs and there’s more amazing cards. Consecutive PSA 10 Secret Wonders Charizard (x410 and x411) and multiple PSA 10 ex. It’s getting better with every cert I look up.

That sucks. Hard to look at that and not think something is wrong with the grading system.
Who knows… maybe PSA will use funds from the higher service costs towards improving their process.

Oh great I’m trying to cross a cgc 8.5 to PSA 9 
I can’t find any whitening or damage. It’s O/C and it seems PSA will allow O/C 9’s while cgc seems to dock the average sub grades down by 1.
