100% the weirdest return ever for me, but some of these are actually Christmas presents for some friends. The waifus though – those are for the streets.

We actually got Jason Paige on a Discord voice chat one night for like 2 hours for @TrainOfThought 's birthday and we just had a crazy Q&A with him.
He gave us a promo code (that’s now expired) to buy from his store. Shortly after I sold one of his vanilla autos for like $300 and then upgraded to a special drug trip “Art-ograph” card.
You can still buy them. He’s like the opposite end of the autograph spectrum where most illustrators are extremely elusive, Jason Paige is basically an autograph factory. That being said, for such a wild and unique oddity, I think $100 is pretty good value.
Also funny that PSA chose not to give it a numerical grade because it’s basically more sharpie than card lol.

the quality of his Penmanship relies heavily on the lines of pure snow, too hot for Psa to handle.

I graded through a friend and they sent me some pics early of some of my last bulk sub.
Super happy, didn’t expect it to go so well i.e. 10-9-8 grades being optimistic on the medals but happily surprised with 10-10-9, CGC Polaris return today (finally) so super excited for that too, it’s going to be a nice Christmas

Graded a handful of random low value cards because I wanted them with their fancy labels. They returned just in the nick of time!
The grades are pretty fair (I had another 10 too, which is a Christmas gift for someone).

2nd return of my original collection back from 1999. Some grades were a big surprise, especially the Lugia, was excepting a 7 max. Very happy over all with quite a few 9s. The last picture of Dark Blastoise has some nice swirls.
Had a 4th Charizard that also graded an 8, resubmit to try and get a 9 to match Blastoise and Venusaur. Sequential set with same grades would make a great display set. Update came back an 8 again, going to send to BGS to see if it’ll get a 9.

Very behind on this thread but catching up now. PSA is inconsistent with their upcharges, while many cards are being upcharged I have others slipping through. Your unlikely scenario of bulk maxed declared value increasing is now a reality. To stay on top of demand and get submissions back to customers as fast as possible it was becoming very time consuming for PSA to determine values on all cards for bulk orders. Also I may or may not have heard of cheaper pricing in Q2 or Q3 of 2023 as well, so if you are holding off on some cheap PC cards for grading it might be worth waiting longer.

Grading results for the latest additions to my collection.
Getting these required putting into practice everything I’d learned since joining E4 a year ago - using Cardsavers, finding a middleman, browsing Japanese sites, etc.
Nothing could prepare me for the anxiety though. My heart nearly stopped when I had to pull these three out of their sealed file…
