Wait until the scheduled delivery date. If nothing happens, you can reach out to eBay to get a refund and they’ll mark it as IND (item not delivered). I see a big delay in people’s shipping time around this time every year.

Keep in mind a lot of the states just had 1-2 weeks of 2 foot of snow and temps in the -20s. Now we are getting ice storms as temps are around 32 degrees

After selling for years you get a feeling for who’s just a waste of time but I’m always disappointed in myself the few times I give it the benefit of the doubt and it ends up being a waste of time…

I’d reach out to the seller again now and ask for an update. The 1st day it is past the expected delivery date, open a claim with eBay.
But give the seller that chance to explain the situation
