Very likely, Masaki is simply Bill in Japanese, you mailed any Machoke (or other stage 1 trade evo 'mon) & Bill’s PC (vending card) in, and they ‘evolved’ (mirroring the games). So calling them vending mail-in is perfectly reasonable. (here the category in the pop report: https://www.psacard.com/pop/non-sport-cards/1998/p-m-vending-promo/42778)
I wonder how it does not have auth. guarantee…

I love how many messages I get about my listings that involve someone trying to coach me on why I should raise my listing price.
Has it not occurred to these people that I might be smarter than them? Or that my 5 figure listing had a cost basis of 1k?
They really try to explain to you that you are stupid for trying to get a 20x return on investment. Feels like a top signal.

James @ z and g had a mislabeled missing holo charizard on auction. I messaged James and he took it down. A few weeks later it went to auction with PSA as the seller in the PSA vault. I messaged Nat on IG and the listing was taken down and cert deactivated. Frame it as PSA will be avoiding a CRC claim.
I just hope they grow a brain…
