I assume that the seller wanted to make a listing that the person he was chatting with could BIN immediately. 
But using a screenshot of the chat instead of actual items for a public listing like that is certainly weird, haha.
I’ve asked sellers to split entire lots because I was only interested in one or two items more than once, and they usually quickly created some separated listings they would then link me to BIN. But usually with a picture of just the items I wanted to buy, or perhaps the original image of the entire lot, with those few items circled. Not a screenshot of the chat like that.
