Shame the majority of the more desirable cards (in my opinion) aren’t even close to mint. The seller is also using the same picture for multiple copies of the same card, making it impossible to differentiate condition between listings.

sealed 1st edition fossil booster box sold for $300. Is that normal price? Or maybe because the box was dented a little?

I had already messaged him about the player’s espeon/jolteon and lottery raikou. This is exactly how he responded:
“Actually the lots are all prepackaged with all the ultra rares etc included inside them. I’ll be honest with you, there is a chance you can obtain either of the cards but the probability is extremely low (1/2310) for each one. It would take me a vast amount of time to find the cards you are looking for since I would have to search through all the lots. So unfortunately due to me having to search for the cards I cannot sell them to you separately. Sorry for the inconvenience.”

All those types of lots are absolute bullshit and always will be.
Anyone who buys into those sorts of things deserves to be shafted.

If all of those pictured cards are mixed into 2,310 lots, I’ll buy them all.
It’s the EXACT crap people tried to pull on Virbank once. I simply said “I’ll take them all.”
And wouldn’t you know it, for SOME reason they wouldn’t let me buy all of them. They said it “ruins the fun.”

It’s sad to see these listings are getting more frequent on ebay.
I meant I’d win them on auction. Not paying the full asking price. That’s just a silly price for a rigged booster pack worth of cards. 
But that’s not the point anyway.
And yeah, the grab bags are against eBay policy. I report them constantly. Or at least I used to.
Seeing as how I’ve never ONCE seen one be taken down after I reported it, I just stopped bothering.

I remember someone posted the action comics thing, so thought it would be of interest.
I only report grab bag auctions now when I see them using other auctions’ pictures. On a few occasions I’ve messaged them directly. I know it’s a risk at times, but seriously. It’s bad enough you break the rules and give people these BS “chances” for a “rare card”, but do you seriously have to use pictures that don’t belong to you, of cards that you MOST LIKELY don’t even own in the first place?
Also, holy crap on that NES cartridge! 16k and climbing!
