I am just curious as the numbers on graded cards and/or trophy cards on eBay typically eclipse YJ!

Seriously, me too. I NEED that Happy New Year Present Jumbo Card with Gyarados! 
Win the auction and sell off the other cards. Those are some of the biggest gems in the lot. I imagine the winner would want to keep those or charge significantly, as they would be a huge reason to go for it at all.
