Looking through the current PWCC auctions, I noticed the cert number started with a “0” on a bunch of Japanese ANA promos and a PSA7 Charizard. Do we know approximately what year these cards have been graded?

This auction is sure to be a complete mess:
Listed as a random assortment of boosters, which is nothing near what the picture is (displaying 6 full first edition booster boxes, 3 unopened base boxes+ more)
What he’s really selling is only 12 loose 1st edition packs, and 48 shadowless blisters (no picture to prove or let buyers guess if it’s actually shadowless)
Talk about deception. I despise and hate sellers that show product in pictures, that is not included in the auction. Feels like bait and switch.

The quality and colour is off, look at the blastoise packs and compare the colours to a known genuine pack
I think you’re safe there. It all looks very legit to me plus, he agreed to meet me in person to inspect all the packs prior to payment. I told him I’d open a couple and he said sure. Now maybe that’s only because I’m the King lol.
What value do you put on the lot?
I’d wager a large amount that they’re those fakes from belgium
Never seen loose packs from Belgium. Just the sealed fake boxes. Do you happen to have or have pictures of them?
EDIT: But I also agree the colour looks off. Just compare the shadowless blister packs shades on the Charizard wing to the 1st ed Packs and it seems they were laser printed, the colour is very uniform.
Just to throw this out there, I collect a lot of various sealed product, especially packs, and they all slightly vary in coloration sometimes, I guess due to being more in the sunlight or whatever. Could be the case, could not.
