There is no way to quantify how many actual Tropical Wind copies were awarded without speaking to someone who worked the event. I think it is fair to assume there are at least 100, but an exact amount is not possible without the proper resources.

Around 360k iirc. I bidded upto 300k but another copy popped up for 280k which I instantly bought.

Did you grade it?
I bought it for someone else. I won it last week the day the cased master key auction ended another was listed for 280k which I hit BIN on. Its getting packed by SMJ currently and will be sent to the person I bought it for. It should grade a 9 atleast as it had a couple spots of whitening.
A ludicrous amount of money for one card! I’m staying away from all that noise.
They are referring to Japanese yen prices, not dollars.

[br wait till a trophy pika comes up at auction then u will see a ridiculous amount of money spent on one card. 360,000 yen is only 2,950 usd. Not that much considering.
@mewcollector Perhaps, relatively speaking. But to me, spending that much on one card just seems absurd. I know my collecting goals will never include cards that expensive. But hey, I can still appreciate the cards and those who do go after them!
