Love this whole thread! It’s helping me build an appreciation for many of the great modern cards I’m not familiar with, as well as many of the relatively older cards that I missed.
I felt like posting some of my favorite cards, even though it’s mostly older stuff that I’m sure you guys are all familiar with from the WOTC-era. Also, I’m intentionally not including any trophy cards.

Just took a look at the card list for Sword and Shield base set… NO APPLETUN!!! My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Was looking for this and couldn’t believe it hadn’t been posted. Was just about to post it myself and saw yours. One of my favourite cards of all time - and one of my most precious cards in my own collection (far from the most valuable but who cares in the end).

Found these in the garage, Artwork is Unique no clue what they’re from tho. Backs are White with glossy finish.

Pretty sure these are the backs of stickers, thus why you see the “backs” are white glossy – the stickers are gone.

Unfortunately they had meant the stickers were on the white glossy surface and were already peeled off

Yes, this is what I meant. And if anything your picture above makes me think that even more because it looks like someone was trying to peel the sticker off and split the corner.

Idk about that tho I would think there would be an inconsistency or something left behind on the white surface. It’s to “clean, smooth” they’d have to be peeled then left unstuck dried. I could be totally wrong there’s like 50 of them and they’re all similar condition.
