I occasionally use Fanatics submission to sub to Beckett (no fax machine).
Took almost 5 months for one item. Finally populates in my vault and it’s…. some random ~$100 sports card. Not my irreplaceable top placement stamp Champions Festival. The sports card was since removed and sent to another vault over a week ago, I was relieved they acknowledged the issue at least. Process is stalled since. Rodolpho is a bot himself or generates responses with ai. Clearly they have some operational issues to work through right now. Take care if submitting to them.
Has anyone taken anything out of the vault lately? I have requested 77 of my cards to be shipped and its been 14 days and it still only says “preparing to be shipped”
Yes, they are very slow probably because they are very busy. It took them over 2 weeks before shipping to me about 1 month ago. Was about 50 cards. Luckily the shipping was extremely fast, arrived to me in Norway in less than a week. It must be a logistical hell with all those cards they are keeping.
Fellow Norwegian! How was the taxes for you? Im shipping to a friend in the US just because the value of that cards had gone up so much so if they put the value they had on the vault the import would be over 1500$++
Does anyone have an idea on what happens if a buyers severely overpays for a card based on the mis-label? Does PSA cover for the error in someway, for instance if the card is send in for a reholder? Or can a buyer claim that they overpaid (after showing receipts) mistaking it for a far rarer trophy version?
Their authenticity and grade guarantee covers the authenticity of the card identified by the label. I would assume that means paying out the difference if they mislabeled a trophy card like this.
