Idk your guess is as good as mine, I just copypasted the picture from latest Pokebeach news.
I believe they bind together due to some crazy play mechanic with Electrode’s Pokebody.
This Raichu confuses me… Raichu GX looks amazing while Zoroark looks blend… 5ban really not consistent with its designs.

I am so happy with the pose of Venusaur.
Many of them are so stiff and inanimate, this one really pops. Sadly no FA GX yet =)
So the full Shiny Legendary/Mythical 'mon list is looking like:
- Shining Celebi
- Shining Volcanion
- Shining Mew
- Shining Jirachi
- Shining Rayquaza
- Shining Lugia
- Shining Arceus
- Shining Ho-Oh (Pokemon Center Promo, no ‘shiny star’ symbol)
That is such an epic list…glad my b-day is on July 17, gonna be splurging on some SM3+ booster boxes for sure…
And finally, after years and years of waiting i’m finally going to be able to get a SHINY ARCEUS card!!! 
Thought there were going to be 2 Ho-ohs, one promo and one as a different art in the set.

Mewtwo GX full art and the “hyper rare”. Looks like there are not the usual rainbow rares in this set, but instead some special UR cards with different artwork. Really blurry pictures but that mewtwo seems to be Mitsuhiro Arita’s work

Btw, do you know if this set is going to be released in October with the same exact cards in English?
If that’s the case, I’m not sure whether to collect it in English or Japanese 
PokeBeach has the current set list and 78/81 official cards have been revealed, none of them are Ho-Oh…it could still be one of the unrevealed 3 but otherwise the Promo Shiny one is the only one we’ve seen so far from SM3+.
